Opportunity:


Nothing on the current market directly measures
women’s hormones  

Most all use biometrics to provide an estimation of cycles 
and aren’t specifically geared toward womens health 




Perimenopause 


is a process where Estrogen levels decrease 
and hormones fluctuate, as the body prepares to stop menstruating  














Hormone changes affect all parts of the body


When your body changes, 
you don’t feel like yourself anymore  




The Struggle For Patients and Doctors




Women struggle to get proper care: 

  • difficulty finding medications to solve their symptoms
  • a lack of a trusted knowledge source 
  • no acknowledgment of the emotional stress of perimenopause













Doctors have to trial and error medications:

  • multiple symptoms are misguiding for diagnosing accurately  
  • is very little information on hormone levels














Blood test are only a snapshot in time 












Hormone levels over time are more crucial to understanding and addressing symptoms

In interviewing individuals with Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM), many people preferred not to have their CGM’s visible to stop people from asking questions 

Whether for daily life or for special events, people saw the device as an eyesore 

Knowing this, I wanted to design beauty into the device itself and make it customizable for individual tastes/skin colors
