Breif



Our design brief was us to design a product collection for Danese Milano and manufacture at least one product in the collection. Becuase we had to pay for manufacturing costs, the team focused on simplifying the design as much as possible while still being maximally functional.

The Storage shelf was manufactured in 2 mm stainless steel, locally in Los Angeles, CA

We took inspiration from Danese’s quirky product photography and applied our own twist. Nando is a study abroad student from the Netherlands, so we put some Dutch culture symbols

With cost-of-manufacturing constraints in mind, the team decided on long-lasting materials, neutral colors, minimal finishing. 














Cork was used for the feet as not to scratch either the product or desk surfaces.
